Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Items that are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival must be reported within 7 days by contacting your representative at Per Annum LTD by the email address or telephone given during your correspondence or by emailing sales@perannum.co.uk. We cannot accept liability through incorrect use by yourselves or the recipients of our goods.

Incorrect or Faulty Branding

Before we commence with production you will receive a paper proof by email. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all details and confirm these details are correct.
